The first room that was given, the ac didn't want to turn on, the staff changed the remote battery 2x and it still wouldn't turn on, finally moved to the second room, for cleanliness it was lacking, because there were lots of spots on the wall like splashes of water, and the room wasn't too soundproof, the sound from the room can be heard until the bottom floor, and vice versa. No shampoo, soap, tissue, mineral water. But the mattress is good, it's not deep and noisy, the staff is also friendly who is just a guy.

This is not a hotel, but a room for transit hours. Rooms like the 90's smell of cigarette smoke everywhere and don't expect soundproofing from outside.

The staff are not neatly dressed, instead they dress like hanging out, they are not greeted in a friendly manner, entering the lobby is like entering an uninhabited room, I booked for 2 nights, when I entered the room, there was a lot of cigarette dust that had not been cleaned, the bathroom was mossy and a lot, no the bathroom is very dirty too, the air conditioner is just a display but not cold, the mattress has lots of spots, I was given a towel that was torn not replaced, the pillow had lots of stains that were not cleaned properly, the room was full of cobwebs, just for those of you who want to stay there, don't want to, just move, I ordered 2 nights just checked in not until 1 hour decided to check out, because it didn't match the order! Worst hotel!

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, there is no soap to drink water, there is no dirty bathroom at all, in fact there is a condom in the bathroom, the towels are torn, the air conditioner is not cold.
