The service was good and the room was clean. However, the shower water wasn't very hot, and the smart TV didn't work for watching YouTube, etc. Overall, it's a good enough hotel to stay at.

good service, food is also delicious, standard rooms are worth the money, only the superior class rooms are narrow and long, then the soundproofing is very lacking, we can hear our neighbors chatting, and because it is very close to the train station we can hear everything from the bell, announcements, and also the train horn :) actually the hotel and service are good but the location is very close to the train and a bit far from the city center

Around 9 p.m., I was taking a shower, but the power suddenly went out, and this happened about three times. Overall, though, my stay was good. The gym facilities were complete, and the breakfast variety was also good.

The hotel room was nice, but the hotel area, especially the upper floor, was dirty, and the worst part was the walls weren't soundproof. From 6 p.m. until now, we could hear people singing and partying, making it hard to sleep. It could have been better with soundproofing, but the room was so noisy that it disturbed our rest.

Even though check-in took a long time because the room wasn't ready, overall it was ok, the food was delicious, the shower was strong and the sleep was comfortable even though there was a slight problem with the AC which was leaking but after calling they responded quickly.
