The hotel is clean and well maintained, even though it is an old hotel. The check-in process took a long time, I had to wait until 2 o'clock, after 2 o'clock it was delayed again until 2:30, because I had waited for more than 2 hours so I grumbled a bit, then I was given the key.. please improve the customer service.. it's not comfortable for guests to be made to wait so long.. I ordered an executive room but there was no balcony and only a window that was not too big.. so I was not satisfied. Breakfast opens at 7 am, at 6:30 there was already a queue in front of the restaurant and it was still closed, maybe they were fighting for the dining chairs that could rotate around.. but for the room rate, sorry for the overprice.. thank you
