The place is clean, the service is friendly, it's good.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable. Accessible to many restaurants and bars nearby. The first floor had fast Wi-Fi, the bathroom had hot water, and there was a water heater for tea and coffee. You could also borrow an iron. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

No window in my room, perhaps because I picked a non-smoking room. So unfortunate, it felt like there was no fresh air in the room. When we go upstairs for the rooftop restaurant, there is no specific room for non-smokers, it is completely for smokers with many ashtrays there. Not good for families at all. One more thing, we saw a rat in the restaurant, big question marks for the food hygiene!

The AC wasn't cold, I got a room on the 3rd floor and the wifi didn't reach the room, there were baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

The staffs were friendly, the room was nice but the water in the bathroom was very little and you have to wait some time to turn it into hot water. The availability of the food for the breakfast also not much. We went for breakfast around 9 but there was nothing left.

towels that are already worn out, the bathroom floor is concave, the drainage is higher than the bathroom floor causing water to pool. Windows that don't have locks, making it unsafe and uncomfortable, ask for a non-smoking room but the cigarette smell still makes me want to vomit, very uncomfortable, the curtains and net curtains have not been washed for years until they have turned black, for those who bring small children, those who are allergic to smells, allergic to dust, it's better not to or those who want a non-smoking room, it's better to look for another hotel, besides the parking is very limited, it's also not suitable for those who want comfort and cleanliness, it's more suitable for smoking customers. The food is also only fried rice, plain bread with jam and white rice with chicken.
