Tv is off, no toiletries

Hotel rooms should be in maintenance period.

I happened to order from someone and had to change rooms because it was leaking and there were pests. But I was immediately replaced with another room that was more or less the same.

The bed is uncomfortable, the walls are damp and full of mold, there are no towels or slippers, there is a TV but only the spirit, the toilet smells like a sink. The best inn I've ever visited, I don't know if it's because it's cheap or what, but I think you guys need to improve.

The room was not clean, there was still hair, it seemed like the sheets hadn't been changed. The bathroom was dirty and smelly. The AC was also leaking. It didn't match the picture.

The service is quite good. It's more about the facilities that are less neat and clean, the atmosphere in front of/around the room is less clean and tends to be dark. The SPRINGBED MATTRESS is no longer SUITABLE for guests, the wire or spring hurt my feet. The cobwebs in the bathroom were left alone and not cleaned when checking the room before checking in

The room is nice and the AC is cold, the location is also strategic.

Maybe the cleanliness of the mattress, walls, and roof could be improved. So far, the hotel is comfortable, the AC is cold, and the staff is friendly.

Room wall and ceiling are broken, mostly because of the water leak. Toilet is not clean.

For the price of 260K per night with a TV that the staff said was "broken," well, I was a bit disappointed. It should have been fixed, right? But in reality, the TV wasn't fixed at all, so it's not worth it. Room (104), please fix the TV.

It's not bad for a stay during work.

Location is close to the city, only the condition of the bed and TV facilities are old.

Hopefully they will improve themselves soon so that loyal customers can enjoy their stay, starting from the unclean beds, and the furniture inside so that they can be replaced with something decent soon.

I made a reservation a long time ago but got a dirty room, the smell of the AC was not fixed, the sink was clogged, the water was blocked, the cupboard collapsed, everything was really rubbish.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room comfort is lacking because the floor is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the room wall paint is worn out. Please pay attention so that customers can be comfortable. Thank you.

It was a terrible stay here.

The sheets, pillow cases, and blankets smelled really bad as if they had not been replaced. The floor of the room was slippery and oily as if it had not been cleaned.
