I have stayed in Lemon Hotel twice in Rumah Kayu. I love the ambiance, I can see the forest down the hill, fresh air, and quiet. But I don't like the bathroom, it's not clean, and the hot water is not working properly. The room is not soundproof.
What I love about Lemon Hotel is the location, lots of restaurants.

The curtains didn't cover the entire window, leaving large gaps in all of them. My wife had no privacy, worried someone might walk by and peek. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. It was clean, but it smelled bad.

All the staff here are very friendly, even though my husband and I stayed here using public transportation, did not bring a private vehicle (motorcycle/car) but the staff did not discriminate, all were served in a friendly manner, especially the restaurant staff who was on duty for f&b service today did a very good job, the food was finished (chicken and eggs) but he informed me without me asking beforehand that he would give the chicken & eggs directly to my table, I really do not regret choosing this hotel for my husband & I honeymoon❤️🫶🏻 Will be a regular here, please maintain everything, service, cleanliness etc.

The location is close to culinary places, but to get out you have to use a vehicle, it's really dark at night. Too many stairs, you have to climb 4 stairs to get to the room. The cleanliness is lacking, but the staff and atmosphere here are comfortable. For the deluxe room, the wood is not soundproof so you don't sleep well.

access here is indeed congested, because it is around the direction of Lembang tourism. access to the room is far from the lobby I took a villa type, had to go down quite a bit, if parents might be very tired. the cleanliness of the room is lacking, the bed pillowcase smells. the window curtains are dirty. the room is dusty. . the hot water is still okay but sometimes it goes out. the swimming pool is dirty. the glasses in the room are also not clean. the towels too. maybe this hotel is lacking maintenance. the restaurant is closed. can't order food here. the wifi is really messed up.

1. Hotel staff = friendly, especially the security guard is very helpful. The agility of the hotel staff is lacking, asking for a bathroom mat and towels was only sent for 2 hours
2. Location = very strategic, easy to find
3. Service/facilities = Wifi in Villa 10 does not reach the inside, only outside the villa. Hot water is not smooth (fighting with other residents). For villa rooms, access is not friendly for the disabled and elderly. Lots of stairs
4. Cleanliness = poor mattress cleanliness, sheets seem not to have been changed, there are hairs and pubic hairs, and spots. Even during high season, changing sheets etc. should be mandatory.

The room cleanliness is very lacking, under the mattress is dirty and dusty, as if it has never been swept. The water heater sometimes turns on and sometimes turns off, it takes a long time to heat up.

Affordable price with nice view, smooth wifi, complete TV shows, can watch YouTube, etc., there is a carport in front of the room, spacious room, clean bathroom. Really great... suggestion for breakfast can be added with pasta/indomie variations, it's tastier... overall very good

The hotel staff are all friendly and very kind. It's just that the wooden room is very dirty, the mattress is dirty with lots of black ants, the sockets are also full of ants. The drinking glasses are dirty, basically it's not clean.
