What a wonderful experience at Java Heritage! The swimming pool is spacious, and even during peak season, it's still comfortable for children. The rooms are also spacious, and the staff is friendly. Although there are rules at the pool, they're for the benefit of the guests.

From the moment I arrived at check-in, the frontliner was unfriendly, the lady was a bit grumpy. I wanted to go home with my children and get in the car, but there was a staff member standing at the entrance, no one making any moves to help me, even though I was carrying a lot of luggage and holding two children. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom floor wasn't very clean, and the toilet was a bit yellow. For a price above 1 million rupiah per night and my first time here, I was disappointed and wouldn't go back. Thank you
