The facilities are okay, 4/5, and the receptionist service is good. Parking is free, but the water heater doesn't work, but it's still refreshing to take a cold shower. Comfortable and soundproof.

The hotel is comfortable, the service is very friendly, basically I really felt at home

Ok, basically everything is good, safe, clean, strategic.

The other staff are friendly apart from the unfriendly male receptionist.

The male receptionist staff was a bit different, reported a power outage but the response was not pleasant.

Close to various choices of snacks and food. Access to Bandung City is also close.

When checking in, there were 2 staff on duty, both of them were just so-so, not very friendly. The restaurant staff were friendly, the fried rice was bland, no taste hehe. Cleanliness? How come, well, what's visible is probably cleaned. It could be an option if it's urgent, remember if it's urgent.

Hotel staff is friendly, flexible. Provides policies that help guest problems. No fuss.

The AC is off, it's really hot, the phone to reception is also off.

The fried rice lacks flavor, the room is comfortable and there is a garage too, if there was Netflix it would be even better, so the hotel isn't so old-fashioned
