I stayed in room 302. The floor was sticky, and there were lots of ants and insects. The room's cleanliness is in dire need of attention, especially the toilet, which had a dirty sink. The toilet didn't have a bidet spray. The only bidet available was one built into the toilet, and even that one was extremely dirty and never cleaned. It was disgusting. Cleanliness is in dire need of attention.

I do not recommend. Very poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness.

Room 204 + Quiet location + Mountain view from the pool + Clean and large pool + Friendly staff + Towels, hairdryer, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, kettle, water heater, cups, hangers, TV, standing mirror + Bathroom with hot water - The hotel area was a bit dirty (sand, dead bugs, looks like it's never been swept) - There was no coffee/tea in my room (although there was a coffee/tea rack) - The toilet floor was level with the room floor, so water from the toilet leaked out (no divider) - Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room (previous guest's marks on the table, hair on the bathroom floor)

The only thing lacking is breakfast, it's not much and it takes a long time to refill.

Everything is good, the only downside is that breakfast starts at 8am and the food is not enough so you have to wait a long time for it to be refilled.

Great experience with Jhoanie. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the stunning Mount Lokon view and clean rooms to the friendly staff. Highly recommended for the best stay in Tomohon!

Hotel recommended if going to Tomohon.

Please fix the AC and the bathroom smells bad.

The room smelled of cigarettes. Either the previous guest had smoked in the room or the cleaning staff had smoked while cleaning.

Love this hotel. The location is nearby the city.

The hotel is nice, clean, the hotel staff is friendly.

The sheets and pillows smelled, and the room felt damp. Some of the staff were unable to provide a clear explanation when I asked about the location.

Anyway, Jhoanie Hotel is great!

Close to the city center & culinary area, the atmosphere around the hotel is calm, the air is cool

Had a chance to swim in the pool, but maybe it hadn't been cleaned yet, the floor felt mossy, but the view was a winner 👍

The food could be more varied, if only because it's always fried rice 😊 But otherwise it's fun 🫶🏻
