clean room, strategic location, wow view plus cool, only breakfast needs to be varied, don't have fried rice every day

for that price you can get a better room. lots of ants in the room, sheets and blankets smell and don't dry, stairs and corridors are very dirty

pool with lokon mountain view but … ????? I booked for 2 days on this hotel with wife and 4 y.o daughter, arrived at midnight with smooth checked in, drop all things to room and continuing visit a friend. then back to room trying to sleep but I realized bed and bluncket feels wet (like previous guests peed or squ*rt in the bed and didn’t change) trying to call reception but no answer ( more than 10 times) went to reception at 6 am (approximately) to report and he said housekeeping will coming at 8 am to check. oke I’m waiting and cannot sleep till 8.40 am ! I heard something happened in the next room (renovation on proggress)! I call reception more than 5 times with my anger ! I decided to check and I meet the housekeeper I spoke with him everything happens since last night and he said ‘ oh ya we just changed the bed yesterday’ Wt* i thingking like management not ready to sell this room ! I went to reception they offered to change room but i had over disappointed then straight ask for check out and refund for the second day ! I asked for waters because wasn’t in the room.never ever to book this place again ! this was worst experience I ever had !

I just want to let you know if the application doesn't use AC.

The hotel is quite good, but it is not written here that the standard room does not have AC. If possible, please write that.

The view is quite nice and that's what makes me want to come here again.

The swimming pool with the best mountain view, for that price it is very cheap. The breakfast needs to be improved.

The staff is still not very friendly. The booking in the app is different from the room provided, but the view and atmosphere of the hotel are good.

The receptionist forgot to list my room as free breakfast. When we went to the restaurant they served nothing, so they only made (or bought) a-whatever-they could give. Overall everything was nice but the breakfast.

Maybe the facilities in some rooms are still lacking.

Everything is good, only there is dirt when cleaning only on the insert next to the cupboard. Maybe it was forgotten to be lifted. But apart from that, everything is good. Thank you Jhoanie Hotel, hopefully it will be more successful in the future

friendly staff.. but disappointed when we got there there was 1 room that had not been cleaned even though we checked it at 4 pm then in the room viuw the room was scary there were no lights. also the hot water shower x seemed broken.. the acc x was also not cold.. the toilet x was also not very clean..

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, for the bathroom please pay attention to the cleanliness, also the cleanliness of the bathroom door, under the bed
