Original room has a shaky window. At night it keeps shaking and producing a sound, as if it is spooky. Hotel is in a renovation progress. AC & Hot Water is not always working.

The room I booked was actually very comfortable, in fact, unfortunately I was given a room with no hook on the window. & the lights went out 4 times

The hotel is good for a family staycation, the room facilities are okay, the food is delicious, the breakfast is also okay... the pool is nice, the natural view from the pool and the hotel restaurant is really epic 🫶🏻 but the water in this pool is super cold, it makes you shiver, especially since the weather in Tomohon is already cold. I chose a deluxe room but the view from the room window is a warehouse and there is a lot of trash below when I stayed, the electricity in the hotel is always on and off, I don't know how many times from the night until I wanted to check out it was still on and off... when I arrived at 3 pm the room I was given was not ready. But the female reception staff was very friendly, immediately directed me to a room that was ready so I didn't have to wait long. The hotel restaurant staff when I came for dinner were less friendly and not at all sensitive to customers... the restaurant staff should be more sensitive when customers want to order, cutlery, and other needs. This is my experience and input when staying at Jhoanie Hotel. Thanks

We stayed one night and were dissapointed with the service (no drinking water refill, the hotel charged double because of a booking mistake). There was mold, cigarette stench and noise in the room. No moquito net. The pool and breakfast is nice.

for that price you can get a better room. lots of ants in the room, sheets and blankets smell and don't dry, stairs and corridors are very dirty
