Oh my God, it's really cool, this is the first time I've been to a resort that really pampers myself with an extraordinary view, next time I'll come here again with my extended family ❤️

The view is nice but because it was quiet, breakfast was provided a la carte with limited choices.

The room was dirty and there were marks when entering the room, it seemed like they were given a room that was rarely occupied so it was very dirty.

It should be noted by the booker that access there is through a congested road due to the narrowing of 3 lanes to 2 lanes, so that the last one is only 1 lane. The driver must be an expert at going up/down steep hills, short turns. The location itself is actually fun because it is at a high altitude, and the cool nature of Dago Hill. The building has combined new and old multi-storey/connected villas. The swimming pool, although unique with a valley view, tastes salty? Because it is rarely cleaned, of course, even though it is continuously sprinkled with chlorine, it gives a salty taste that stings the eyes.

the road to the hotel is indeed up and down a bit steep the view is good the resort is actually good, it just needs to be renovated yesterday I got a room that was lacking until the exhaust fell

Bathroom >> The water outlet is very slow and there is flooding in the shower area and the water sink is also slow to go down. Bathroom >> Black door makes the atmosphere scary at night Restaurant >> Food tastes nothing good, Coffee tastes less strong and a bit musty taste, Lack of western menu. Normally for Foreign People during Breakfast just eat simple food example bread, milk, omlet or fried egg. but restaurant not available that menu. ( omlet and fried egg )

The service is top notch and the fried rice is also delicious

The room was musty and damp, charged because the child was over 10 years old, 50 per child plus 150 extra bed, total stay there with facilities like that 775 equivalent to a 4 star hotel, if you want to order breakfast you have to wait until 11 am.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room and toilet are clean, the deluxe room and toilet facilities are functioning well, please add a mirror in the room and a Qibla direction indicator in the ceiling area like most hotels in Muslim countries hehe.. The swimming pool is dirty, the water circulation doesn't seem to be working, the playground facilities for children should be given more attention. Breakfast is not very varied, there is no dessert.

There are too many minuses, and the rooms are not taken care of.

for the view: the best 💯 a little story: purposely looking for a hotel far from the city center when I wanted to celebrate Eid night takbiran, I thought it would be quiet because it was on a hill, but it turned out that the sound was still very loud from all corners :( about the comfort of the room is OK, please change the TV to a smart TV + wifi that doesn't reach the room.. :( so 3 days 2 nights tethering laptop using cellphone :( breakfast: the taste is quite okay except for ordering food at the restaurant :( ordered tofu chili salt tasted more like MSG, chicken satay, rib soup tasted less T.T hopefully in the future the shortcomings can be improved 🫶🏻 Plz listen to customer suggestions so we can improve even better :) tqq

The hotel is comfortable. The view is nice because it faces the city view.

Old hotel, but quite well maintained.. Clean white towels.. Food variety is lacking, no egg station.. But yes according to the price paid. The view of Bandung hill from the cafe is special. What needs to be improved is the control of cats, there are so many that disturb and jump onto the dining table, poor thing my child is scared.. The swimming pool also needs to be cleaned again, maybe the floor can be painted a bright color, not mossy green

The entrance is quite steep. The view in front of the room is amazing. Hot water is good but the shower needs to be fixed. Not a flat hotel, not suitable for people who have difficulty going up and down stairs.

Actually the hotel is good, recommended for those who bring family, it's just that the building is a bit old and not very clean, the food is also just so-so

The really bad thing about this accommodation is that the towels are no longer suitable for use, there should be a change, right? 😉

the place is quite comfortable for a family vacation
