Overall, it's the best. The room is spacious, the hot water works well, even without the AC because it's already cold. Furthermore, check-in is so flexible, without waiting until 2 p.m., and check-out before 1 p.m. adds time to tidy up. Overall, 5 stars. Thank you.

The hotel is poorly maintained. It doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel, let alone a star-rated one. The amenities provided are minimal. For that price, you could get a star-rated hotel in the city center. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel. 🙏🙏

Friendly staff. Spacious room. 2 bottles of mineral water, glasses, ashtrays are available. Towels, soap, shampoo are available. AC and water heater are functioning well. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom area needs to be improved. The rest is okay with an affordable price.

The bathtub doesn't work, the Wi-Fi doesn't connect to the internet, the bedside lamp doesn't work, the phone doesn't work so anything has to go to the receptionist.

The hotel staff is very friendly when checking in/out, the price is not too expensive but you get a spacious room, highly recommended

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, the location is strategic, close to the UPI campus, unfortunately there is no restaurant so it feels like something is missing.

The hotel staff was very friendly, even before check-in time, we were allowed to check in. We even had time to borrow plates and spoons from the hotel staff. However, there were some things that were uncomfortable in our opinion, including the toilet which was not very clean, then the location was quite quiet, there were no sellers around the hotel. So if you want to buy food, you have to go food. For the rest, it's pretty good.

Strategic location close to Upi Setiabudi, if seen from the photo the front looks scary but the real thing is not scary in my opinion. The room is spacious, the bed is also, the bathroom water is all on, one room door came off but its okay not a problem and the bathroom part of the sink is a bit rusty. But it's safe, thank you.

Recommended for those who are on vacation and need accommodation just to rest and unwind with a pocket-friendly budget.

Enak hotel-nya, nyaman banget buat istirahat, kasur-nya besar, ada bathtub-nya juga, air panas ok.

Suasananya asri dan sejuk, kamarnya juga bersih, pegawainya ramah-ramah. Akan tetapi yang sangat disayangkan ialah air showernya tidak bisa hangat dan lampu kamarnya juga beberapa tidak menyala. Secara keseluruhan hotel ini sangat recommended untuk dijadikan tempat istirahat.
