Not a good choice for this price... Management should improve

There is a curfew while staying here. Access is very limited at 9pm.

I didn't stay overnight, I had already paid when I arrived at the accommodation, the accommodation staff said the rooms were full, my money was not returned.

The staff is very friendly and kind. 3 days is quite good. The good thing is that it is close to everywhere. Sarinah PI Gran Indonesia MRT. Gondangdia Commuter Line. Monas. Very strategic

My rights as a consumer are lost here, even though I clearly contacted Traveloka before this check at 11.24 WIB on October 31, 2024 to make a Refund at this Hotel, I have admitted my mistake, I have also said okay when a 10% deduction was made but what would have thought was that I complained on October 31 and only got an email response on November 2, 2024 which turned out to be the same answer, I am very disappointed with this, because I have to return the office money because of my mistake without any other policy from the hotel

Tidak ada sarapan seperti yang tertulis, padahal yang saya booking include breakfast :( Dapat kamar di lantai 4 untuk standard room dan tidak ada lift harus pakai tangga :(, untung gak bawa berat-berat. Mending yang lainlah sama-sama kurang lebih bayar 350 ribu, di hotel lain dapat sarapan.

In the city center, so the rate is OK, but without breakfast. but don't worry, there are many food sellers around the location of the inn. Close to Sarinah, GI, PI and Sabang etc. Even though it's in the middle of the city, this place is very quiet. By the way, for standard standards, you can't flip it, so you don't have it.
