The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location is strategic.

Ordered Dulex, electricity went out until night, room smelled, view was bad.. And was moved to a standard room without any compensation. In the standard room, the AC was hot, there was no hot water, the room smelled. Breakfast was random.. The hotel is really dirty

The manual hotel room door couldn't be locked from the inside. The television picture quality was so poor that it couldn't be watched. The hotel was scary, deserted, and the dirty swimming pool was never cleaned.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is comfortable...

The swimming pool is dirty and noisy. The room is not soundproof. The sound of disco music comes into the room. It's noisy, especially in the deluxe room. I deliberately chose a room type without breakfast because the fried rice was not delicious and was delivered to the room because there were less than 10 people staying.

Got a room at the very end 😟there weren't many guests so it was really creepy, when I arrived there wasn't even a single person there..

A grand hotel in its day. It's a shame it's so poorly maintained. Even though I got a free upgrade to a deluxe sea view room, the vibe was spooky. There was a lot of noise from karaoke at night when you should be resting comfortably, and there were also rats roaming around on the curtains. The sheets weren't very clean, there was someone else's hair piled up in the bathroom drain, and there was someone else's trash in the trash can. The service and friendliness of the staff were okay.

It's a bit noisy, the sound of karaoke and discotheque reaches the room.

a hotel that has direct access to the beach, actually a good hotel but maybe because it's old so it needs to be improved in maintenance, for those with high expectations they might be disappointed, but for me personally, the cheap price is enough to make the kids happy during a staycation

The AC was not cold enough, 1 of the room lights was off, no tissues were provided (I don't know if that was the case or not), hopefully the cleanliness of the bed sheets could be better, because there were several stains that were damaging to the eyes such as lipstick and other spots and the TV was difficult to change channels.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the real pictures match the actual conditions, great 👍
