Friendly receptionist. Clean room. Quite complete amenities: the only thing missing were slippers, but that's okay. Parking is quite spacious; if the front is full, you can park in the back. Hot water is okay. The room doesn't smell of cigarettes. There is an elevator, but it's small. There's a small playground.

All the staff are friendly, the bedroom is clean, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold, the water heater works well and the location is strategic so it is close to several places, but the water flow from the tap is unstable.

Hotel in the city center, easy access everywhere. Suitable for staying with family. Super clean room!! The room size is also spacious and roomy, the bathroom is not cramped. It seems like I got a smoking room but there is no lingering cigarette smell at all. The white sheets are like new without any stains at all. The bathroom shower has strong water. Small welcoming snacks are provided in the room. The best thing is that there is a hairdryer and a minibar suitable for those who bring food/drinks from outside. The minus is that the TV picture is not clear. Will definitely come back here again. Suggestion: maybe provide room service so you can order food from the hotel

Clean rooms, running water, cold AC, security guards and front office 24/7, worth a visit.

Comfortable, clean, strategic, the only minus is the receptionist who is a man with glasses, the service is rude.. we are tired from out of town, we want to check in, instead of being greeted with a smile, but very rude and when we speak it is not pleasant.. in fact the security is friendlier, sorry, just a criticism,, if the receptionist is a woman wearing a hijab, she is still friendly and serves with a smile.. for example, a friendly receptionist, maybe 10/10

The hotel staff is friendly, as is the security. The hotel is clean. Suggestions include clothes hangers in each bathroom and a halal breakfast option for those who don't want to eat outside the hotel. So far, my two-night stay at Pondok Osamaliki has been comfortable.👍

I had a pleasant 3-night stay, beyond my expectations, it turned out the room was clean, quite complete, had a refrigerator, and a separate reception area... Impressive... God willing, I will come here again, considering I often go to Salatiga.

Clean hotel. Good extra bed condition. Always full reservation. Make sure to do reservation long before.

The hotel staff was friendly. The two rooms we rented were very comfortable, especially since I had three children and one elderly person with me.

I booked it for quite a long time and asked the staff to clean every day; it was always clean when I got back.
