Some security guards are indifferent, some are friendly. The water smells. The rooms are clean, room service is free. In Family B, having a refrigerator would be great, but it doesn't seem to fit because the room is quite small. To pray, you have to be clever in finding space in the room because space is quite limited.

The first room had the AC on for 1.2 hours. It wasn't cold at all. Finally asked to change rooms.. 10 or 11.. It was cooled to 16⁰C and it wasn't cold. Regret staying here.

Leaking AC, can't move rooms, not a good experience staying here. For the price range of Hotel Parma, Panam is more recommended to look for other hotels.

The hotel staff is friendly. For comfort, maybe it's close to the main road, so it's a bit noisy at night, but it's all worth it.😊

All ok. Except the bathroom has many damages. That needs to be fixed immediately.

Spacious parking. Clean rooms. There is a daily cleaning room quota. But the hot water in the shower doesn't work, there is only cold water
