It was a really pleasant stay. Friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a beautiful view. It's just a shame the weather was still raining frequently, so we couldn't explore the garden. The pool was really nice, the water was warm, hehe... so we weren't cold.

Stayed overnight on our way back to Jakarta. This hotel was nice. Complimentary drinks were provided in the room fridge, and the playground area was spacious and even had a mini zoo. There was no attendant at check-in; we had to find our room and carry our own luggage—a sort of self-service system. There was a security guard, but he was just monitoring the area.

Stayed at Susan Spa and Resort with my family. The place was nice and comfortable. However, the app listed one double bed and two single beds, but in reality, the two single beds were pushed together, making it less comfortable. The service and friendliness of the staff were excellent, though they could improve in the future.

The condition of the building and surroundings, along with the availability of in-room snacks, exceeded our expectations based on the information we received. It would be better if the lobby door were made of wire mesh to prevent insects from entering, while still allowing for the fresh air.
