poorly maintained.....AC not cold

Please pay attention to hotel management, to improve the rooms and hotel facilities.

the facilities in the room are not neat, the hinges of the room and bathroom doors are broken, the room walls are not clean, not maintained, the room smells bad. Breakfast is provided late. forced to stay here because no refund can be given.

actually this hotel is very ok, just no maintenance at all, even though the facilities are almost complete, even a hair dryer is available. the atmosphere is also very comfortable, quiet suitable for healing, too bad the plants are not taken care of I imagine if handled properly, a 4 star class can be inferior to this hotel. Will try again, if I go to Sorong again, hopefully there will be changes

before we entered, the room should have been cleaned first, there were lots of lizard droppings and the floor was dirty and dusty. some of the lights were not on, the terrace was a bit dim.

When I first entered the room, I saw that there were some facilities lacking. It says there is a refrigerator, but in my room there was no refrigerator. I asked to move to a room with a refrigerator and they said the refrigerator was broken and there was no refrigerator in all the rooms 🙏. For breakfast, there were only 3 types of fried rice, chicken porridge, and fried noodles, and they didn't change them every day 🙏 There was no fruit or bread. Maybe that's all that was lacking in this hotel ☺.

The hotel is creepy But the service is quite good.

Hotelnya horror. Tengah malam mati lampu, genset tidak bisa nyala. Lama sekali perbaikannya. Mau nya sih tidur saja, eh malah ada suara-suara serem. Pertama suara cewek ketawa, lalu disusul suara bayi nangis. Alhasil pindah hotel jam 1 malam.

Far from the noise, it's just that the supply of water heaters, coffee and sugar needs attention. The electric water heater was leaking, it had to be replaced, the coffee was rotten and not replaced.

The hotel did not match what was advertised. Scary place /lack of care. Breakfast of boxed rice.
