Saya dateng terlambat ke resort, ternyata kamar yang saya pesan diisi oleh orang lain. Dan anehnya pihak resort tidak ada konfirmasi sebelumnya. Lucu ya. Kan kita sudah bayar lunas, perkara diisi atau tidak oleh tamu yang pesan itu adalah hak saya. Tidak profesional sekali kalo pihak resort memberikan kamar yang saya pesan ke tamu lain. Walaupun mereka memberikan pergantian kamar lain.

The theme of the building is good for photos, the location by the river is good for fishing, swimming, or just sitting and relaxing. Comfortable soft mattress, clean and swift water, agile staff when asked for help. Cleanliness is not maintained, so it seems that the hotel is not well maintained, moss and water marks in the building and fence areas, even the bathroom glass is blurry. There are a lot of bath soaps, no matter what brand, feels like hand washing soap. Cheap toothbrushes, clean but not standard towels, sometimes thick, sometimes thin, I even got one with holes even though it was small, and smelly. The room is cold at night above 11 to 8 in the morning, the day is really hot and the 1 fan provided is lacking. Do not understand how to divide the duties of employees, but it seems that they are not special employees who have received education in the hospitality section because they are not friendly, not typical of hoteliers, and it seems that there is no special responsibility for cleanliness, because employees are like not sensitive to cleanliness, cover trash cans that are left falling for days. days, scattered leaf litter, the eating area after breakfast for a long time before it was finally cleaned. The dining area is also too dark at night, I don't know if that's the concept or what, but it's not conducive, I feel night blind. Not to mention there are no 24-hour standby officers at the reception. Because the building is wooden, it is easy to be disturbed by noises from outside the room. Incidentally, the last day of my stay someone held an event, I was disturbed until 1 pm because it was noisy outside, and there were no resort staff/employees reminding me not to be noisy. Breakfast is provided delivered to the room, there is no special restaurant, but it is easy to buy food out. For resorts with rooms for 300-500 thousand per night, outside the villa because I didn't stay at the villa, I was disappointed with the stay experience. However, it was continued with a total stay of 3 nights 4 days because the location was far away, and I brought the baby, too bad if I had to go back and forth. It felt more like staying at someone's house.

Tempat makannya terlalu gelap, untuk yang terbiasa holiday di daerah tinggi jawa/sumatra di sini hawanya masih panas jadi siap-siap kipas angin double. Untuk pelayanan overall oke aja, restoran harus pesan jauh hari, tapi bisa makan di warung sebelah resort. Lokasi lumayan startegis bagi yang suka berendam di sungai. Kamar masih terdengar antara kamar satu dengan lainnya, lebih ditertibkan kembali terkait kondusivitas supaya sama sama nyaman. Kebersihan, kamar aman saja, tapi area luar kamar masih kurang, dan fasilitas dekat sungai sudah ada yang mulai tidak dapat dipakai. Saran ada restoran 24 jam atau rumah makan di area resort baik itu kerja sama dengan warung di area resort atau dibuat sendiri. Kebersihan lingkungan ditingkatkan kembali, tambahkan kamar dengan AC atau minimal disediakan kipas yang dapat diisi es gel.

The location is awesome, the river and forest next to the room which has a traditional style. The room is also very clean. We had a problem with the shower and fan but the personnel took immediately action to solve it. I'll surely come back again if I visit Loksado again. The only I missed was a restaurant. The hotel has no restaurant and there are only small warung 's around the hotel.

Overall okay. You just need to prepare mosquito repellent. Not bad mosquitoes at night, a cool environment if you want to refresh from the city.

Puas sekali walupun saya jauh dari Banjarmasin sepadan yang didapatkan di meratus sini. Dari kamar sampai wisata di sekitarnya

Selimut kotor ada serpihan coklat, reservasi sudah berhasil via aplikasi tetapi kamar full booked jadi perlu drama dulu

Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, ditambah nuansa alam yang masih sangat alami, kapan-kapan ngetrip ke sini lagi.

No restaurant in the hotel, only can have breakfast, really back to nature. Even though there was no AC it was cold.

No WiFi novi no AC no refrigerator no heater wakeput plis that price, there should be one of the facilities I mentioned earlier, if there is no TV, that's fine. But for the staff there is the best that I have missed an item and they want to send it home okay, keep it. And for my criticism above, please consider it.

overall good, holidays with family become more exciting, who like nature. Play water, or whatever it is, you can just stay here.

The atmosphere is great, only here is a free breakfast but we don't get food, after being asked to say there isn't any :) And there could be breakfast as long as you said first, but there was no prior question when checking in, and also cooking utensils were dirty, the rest was good.
