Saya pesan double bed dapat twin bed, nunggu verifikasi di resepsionis lama sekali waktu check in sekitar 1 jam padahal saya check in jam 4 sore, sabun bekas orang lain tidak dibersihkan dan wifi tidak sampai di kamar saya

Hotel ini sudah harus di renovasi lagi, karena hotel tua dan kurang perawatan, ruangannya kotor, bau asap rokok, kamar mandi kotor, kasur sudah rusak, AC tidak dingin, tempat charge hp dan laptop tidak ada.
