The room is not as nice as in the picture, but it is enough just to take a rest after tiring day. There is no table in the room and in the lobby, so if you need to work/writing something then you have to go to the nearest available coffee shops.

This inn is suitable for the price, the staff is also friendly, the service is ok, the place is clean, the location is in housing near Indomaret, food stalls.

Secara harga untuk kelas Guest House tidaklah murah. Saya dapat kamar standar dengan harga 190k yang saya pesan melalui aplikasi. Ada beberapa kekurangan namun beberapa hal yang sangat penrting untuk dicatat yakni: 1. Kamar tidak sesuai dengan promo & foto kamar yang ditawarkan. 2. Sabun mandi maupun sampo tidak tersedia. Handuk pun hanya 1 yang disediakan. Padahal nyata-nyata orderaan kamar itu 2 orang. Saya minta ke CS katanya tidak disediakan, paket kamarnya sudah begtu adanya. Dan akhirnya saya disarankan beli di minimarket yang ada di seberang hotel. Saya sudah kasih masukan ke CS bahwa harga sampo dan sabu tidak seberapa. Baiknya disiapkan dan tidak masalah di charge ke tamu kalo perlu. Betul-betul kecewa dan tidak akan pernah menginap di hotel seperti ini lagi.

Worth it, clean n appropriate facilities.

Second time staying here, quick check out, friendly receptionist, spacious car park, spacious room (can be used for congregational prayers) & clean, bathroom is clean, there is a welcome drink, there are towels even though there is no soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste. Hot water works, AC is cold, can make your own hot tea. Strategic location near Indomaret, quiet atmosphere even though on the side of the road. Overall it's okay.

It's pretty good. Just so that the sheets. Bed covers. A bit dull for a long time but clean. Cleanliness 7/10 points. Bathroom 8/10 points. Parking 8/10 points.

Thank God it's safe and comfortable, and the CS is quick to respond, very close to Indomaret, on the side of the road, next to the complex, simple but comfortable.

Clean room, quiet. Have checked in several times, still satisfied with the service.

For the price of 130s I've had a much better experience than here. Smelly bathroom, torn towels, noisy ac, no amenities, stuffy room not like in the photos on the website

The price is right, the rooms are spacious, the hot water works well, only a few meters from the mart and food vendors (fried rice, satay and others), a strategic place to stay in Malang for those who want to travel to Batu, Bromo and others. The receptionist was friendly and the check in and check out process was easy and fast. The only drawback was that when we stayed there was an electrical problem so that the electricity went out several times while being repaired.

For this price, it's really good, clean, got new towels (in plastic), there is warm water, free wifi too.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable, only the air conditioner is not cold enough, only one towel, pillows that have faded in color, should be replaced first.

Friendly service but the rooms have a lot of larvae before sunset & the soap in the bathroom is not refilled even though it has been reported from the afternoon.

Staff ramah, kamar sangat bersih dan nyaman, AC dingin, ada free teh dan kopi di lobby, ada lobby atas juga nyaman untuk santai, di sekitar hotel banyak yang jual makanan. Hotel yang sangat recommended.

Dirty rooms, lots of children hanging out, no receptionist looking after.
