The staff is very friendly and helpful. My sister left her bag in an online taxi, the staff helped check the CCTV and even contacted the driver. Finally my sister's bag was returned. Apart from that, this hotel is very comfortable, I slept very well here. The location is also strategic, near the Oro Oro Dowo culinary market.

It's actually good, but yesterday while staying there, the toiletries were out of stock, and they weren't there until the end of the stay, and asked first for towels but there were towels.

Helena really can be amazing this guest house. the bathroom and indoor room really feel like a star hotel for backpackers like me. For those of you who want to go to Malang, it is highly recommended to stay here, with the artistic style of Balinese painting and the wood-brown nature tone, it feels very homey. The surrounding area is also not too noisy. Parking that is not difficult and easy to access. The price is also worth booking. The shower water is also warm and cold.
