this two bedroom apartment is very spacious fit for my family l. the staffs very friendly and helpfull. very clean. very recommended. will stay again when come to Bintan

strategic location is in the lagoi tourist area. available food court near the apartment makes it very easy for tourists to find food at reasonable prices. Spacious and clean rooms. Car parking is available. Don't look at the building from the outside but feel the comfort inside.

Mungkin karena ini bangunan lama jadi sudah banyak yang harus diperbaiki ya. Suasananya sih enak tapi untuk akses jalan kalau ke depannya lumayan jauh.

Bagus sekali dan sangat worth it. Harganya sangat terjangkau, jauh daripada tempat stay lain di area yang sama. Tapi fasilitas ok, suasana sekitar bagus. Good job dan bersih

Di luar ekspetasi, luarnya seperti tidak terawat, tapi di dalam wow, bersih, dengan harga yang tidak terlalu mahal, team Bintan Service Apartment yang ramah, kebetulan saya dapat kamar persis di atas reception, ada wifi nya juga ya. Untuk yang mau nginep di Bintan Service Apartment, mungkin alangkah baiknya belanja dulu di supermarket luar, karena posisi apartment agak jauh masuk ke dalam untuk cemilan di malam hari. Unlike apartments, cooking utensils are absent. Very disappointing.

Affordable prices for lodging in the area again.

Great place to stay. Room is spacious. Clean and aircon is good. Good atmosphere of nature in surrounding. Although the access is far from city and so exclusive, but it has a food center and ATM also near treasure bay.

The rooms are just right, comfortable, clean and nice too, just a lack of no warm water to take a shower haha, but overall satisfied how to stay here.

Service is not friendly, rooms are not ready and smell.

In the resort area, you can find hotels at quite affordable prices. Close to a food court that fits perfectly in your pocket. The rooms and facilities are in line with expectations, yes even though the location is somewhat at the end and the outside lights don't turn on. And the coolest security is guaranteed. Riding a motorcycle there is no need to worry about the motorcycle missing in the thief's gondol. Overall everything was very satisfying even though the hot water in the bathroom didn't taste at all 😂

It was a pleasure to stay here. friendly staff, clean room. One problem is the receptionist doesn't open 24 hours. So you must inform them before you arrive there.

Good, cheap for the Lagoi area and convenient for families because there are 2 rooms, a bathroom, a family room and a kitchen. Anyway OK.

Close to eating places (food court), good room facilities beyond expectations at a very affordable price. Unfortunately to get to the lobby, you have to climb a ladder that is high enough, so it will be difficult if you bring a big suitcase. Overall happy to stay here, Thank you.

Quite comfortable and spacious, we stayed overnight with a group of 2 families, children are still free to play / run inside. AC is also cold, basically we are satisfied. thank you

Location in the Lagoi tourist area, clean rooms, nice living room, good enough kitchen, good service. suitable for bringing family ... there is a kitchen for cooking. Market close to location.
