There was a problem in the room, for example the room window did not close properly, then there were many ants in the room like in the village and the AC was not so cold.. but after informing the Front Desk, maintenance was immediately sent to the room, checked and could not be fixed, so we were immediately moved to a more comfortable room to rest.. the receptionist was informative and very fast in any service, whether from hair dryer requests, room complaints, breakfast in the room at what time.. basically everything was on set for the service and very friendly. maybe because the hotel is old too, so maybe it needs some more maintenance and cleanliness in the room..
