The hotel staff was very friendly and quickly resolved the problem with the bathroom water heater.

A pleasant stay in a very historic and heritage place. This hotel also has an extraordinary view, easy to find food... A very pleasant experience staying at this hotel, would like to return to this hotel again.

Old hotel. Not much to see.

The room furniture, doors, windows seem to need rejuvenation because some of them appear to be rotten/damaged.

Every year I stay here during Eid and it gets colder and colder, awesome.

Much dissapointed compare to price and distance. I booked for family budget room with 2x normal price, it's no problem due to end of year booking. Even actually occupancy almost empty. But room is dirty and old, no telephone to front office, dispenser without water (suck), and bathroom without hot water. Complete!! Ohhh... never again.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were also given near the lobby. So it's nice if you want to go out, you don't have to walk far. The swimming pool is close to the lobby so you don't get tired of walking. Cool, comfortable, safe atmosphere. The staff helped a lot in lifting goods. But the room was a bit dusty and the telephone was dead so it was difficult to order food. But from towels and toiletries, water heater, coffee, sugar and tea, everything is complete. Thank You.
