The water sometimes doesn't flow, the AC is hot.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several inadequate facilities and services. The hot water in the bathroom didn't work. There was no soap in the bathroom. The check-in process was unclear, confusing guests. There were numerous mosquitoes in the room, disrupting their rest. There were no additional power outlets near the desk, making it impractical for guests who needed to work on laptops or other electronic devices. The refrigerator was empty. The room lacked a pleasant aroma and felt less fresh. Drinking water was either unavailable or empty. For the price I paid, I would have expected more attention to basic facilities and hotel service. Hopefully, the hotel will evaluate and improve cleanliness, comfort, and service quality to improve guest experiences in the future.

Strategic location, friendly service, clean and well-arranged rooms.

The water heater in the room didn't work, and the shower didn't have hot water. There were no power outlets for cell phone chargers near the bed, but the room was clean.

Hopefully, next time the check-in time will be a bit earlier, and hopefully there will be fewer mosquitoes in the lobby, as there are a lot of them at night. Luckily, the bed was comfortable, and otherwise, it was quite good and a good place to stay.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful at check-in.
