Good hotel, cheap price, easy access

The hotel staff is friendly, with affordable prices but satisfactory facilities.

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay here. Besides the affordable price, the staff is also friendly. Plus, every morning, someone cleans my car. Only at this hotel are the cars always cleaned. This time, I arrived earlier, before 2:00 PM, but thankfully, I was able to check in. I got a room on the 4th floor, but it turned out I didn't have a view. I asked to change rooms, and thankfully, I was given a room on the 5th floor. The hotel staff delivered the room key. Overall, staying at this hotel was definitely worth it. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was cool. Overall, everything was great....

Clean and comfortable hotel near the city center

Satisfied with the hotel, even though it was only 1 night, it was memorable.

After staying here several times, only in 202 the water is running smoothly and the hot and cold water is working properly.

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Hotel Benua. However, this time we didn't get a family room (because there was only one), so we tried two separate rooms, one for 3 and one for 2. The rooms were nice and spacious for the price, but the 2-person room lacked a mini fridge and water heater (hopefully, they will be equipped with the same features as the other rooms in the future). We were a little disappointed with the conditions on Saturday night, as there was a set on the 7th floor, which caused a loud banging sound from the room above. On Sunday, there was a live music event on the 7th floor, which disturbed our rest. Next time you stay on the weekend, you should note that you shouldn't book a room on the 6th floor. Overall, it's nice and still a good alternative for a family-friendly hotel with a friendly location, facilities, and of course, a reasonable price. Always enjoy Hotel Benua, and I hope this constructive feedback can be realized soon. See you next holiday ;)
