I've been here several times, and I've never been disappointed.

I really appreciate the service, it's top notch. I had a feeling something was wrong with my room from the second floor, but it turned out there were small insects, and the room smelled awful. I immediately complained and was moved to the fourth floor. They paid more attention to the cleanliness 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location was strategic. It was just a bit dirty: the room floor, bathroom, and lobby smelled of cigarettes. People were smoking in front of the reception in the air-conditioned room. There were cockroaches walking around on the breakfast table, where the food was open.

The location is excellent, strategically located. If you want to grab a bite to eat, there are plenty of dining options at affordable prices. It's just not very clean; the floors are dirty and smell of cigarettes, and there were even people smoking in the air-conditioned area off the reception area. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Strategic location, friendly staff, clean environment, only the bathroom size is not very spacious, otherwise it is good and quite satisfying.

The bed is really hard like a mattress, the room is not soundproof, it is really noisy from outside & the bedroom is small.

Hotel Mustika Gajah Mada is strategically located in the Glodok area, close to the city center and popular culinary spots. Friendly service, comfortable rooms, Wi-Fi, and breakfast are available daily.

BF can't do takeaway, so for those of us who have to leave early, it's a waste

less recommended, doesn't make sense at checkout
