Good location, near to pool travel, staff was friendly

Dirty, damp room, the glasses smelled of soap to the point where I didn't dare use them and the toilet was full of mold, they gave me camphor which had a really strong smell and I was tortured, I didn't stay there again.

Strategic location, perfect for events at ITB. Unfortunately, I didn't try the swimming pool yesterday because it was under maintenance. The staff is friendly, and you can leave your belongings there from morning to evening. The security guards are also friendly, and you can borrow a helmet. Overall, it's good.

I would recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends when visiting Bandung. The rooms are exceptional, neat, and clean.

The sheets were dirty with lots of stains, the AC wasn't cold.

The AC leaked in 2 places, the floor was dirty, the male staff were not very friendly, the location was okay.

The hotel is very comfortable, spacious, the water heater and AC work well, the TV is connected to YouTube and Netflix, but there are no national TV channels. I got a room with a connecting door, so there was less privacy because it was next to a room that was having sex at night.

The location is quite strategic, the room is quite spacious for that price, but unfortunately the food for the rice buffet, there is only 1 side dish with rice and vermicelli. Not very varied.
