The staff are friendly, okay if there is a mistake, they are quick to respond. Sorry, but the cleanliness of the drinking place is not at all clean, and it's very noisy, very noisy from check in at 3 pm to 5 am, don't know what is being done in this hotel. Can't sleep at all because it's so noisy, I called the staff but it's no use ... 😭 want to sleep well but can't because it's noisy.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is quite spacious, clean and tidy, drinking water facilities are very sufficient, only the swimming pool facilities are not comfortable because it is located close to the restaurant, the size is also very small, only for small children to just play in the water. the location is quite strategic. overall is good.

Stayed in room 359. The AC had a slight leak onto the floor. The TV didn't turn on because the cable seemed to have peeled off. The bathroom area was a bit different. Because the position of the door slightly blocked access. In addition, the bathroom water hole was positioned higher, so the stagnant water was difficult to drain. And the shower was fixed above so it was a bit difficult to wash your feet. Those were the only obstacles. Other than that, the room was spacious, the AC was cold, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly.

Overall good, but the AC in room 257 is not cold and has only been cleaned. Hot water is tasteless & there is no drinking water (gallons are provided but check regularly to see if there is any, don't wait for a call before replacing it)

The location is very affordable. But the service is lacking. I requested additional hand towels, they refused on the grounds that I would check out that day. For breakfast, I arrived late. But the cake provided was very hard. Not worth eating.

Everything is good, I've been a subscriber here for 5 years, it's just a shame that the parking lot is often full. If it's full, you have to use valey valey, so I don't like the parking service so I started my own business. It should include the service, so it's less comfortable and ruins the mood when entering the hotel.

The hotel equipment is good, it's just that the room I used (room 551) was close to the lift so the sound of going up and down the lift was audible. The AC is also a bit hot. There's not enough hot water, Mrs. The rest is ok. Thanks.
