The staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman manning the front desk when we checked in at night. He was very helpful.

The location is very strategic, close to everything. The staff is polite, kind, and very helpful.

I stayed in room 220 for 4 nights. The room was quite spacious and the cleanliness was excellent. The room was cleaned daily even though we didn't request it. However, almost every night, the sound of furniture being moved around in other rooms was often heard, making it very uncomfortable. I had informed the receptionist, but it still kept happening. 3 days before, I was not in the room every afternoon. On the last day of check-in, I was in the hotel room all day, and it turned out that the sound of furniture being moved also occurred during the day, and none of the hotel staff knew where the sound was coming from... so it was a mystery.

It's very noisy in the corridor, please pay attention to your comfort.

The AC needs a little improvement, overall 7.5/10

Clean rooms, ample space for prayer. Clean bathrooms. Good hot water. Coffee and tea available. Kettle for boiling water.

I checked in at midnight, but the staff consistently greeted and served us in a friendly manner.

In short, the hotel is the best, cheap, and the staff are friendly.

Good choices, near from everywhere

This is a cozy and comfortable hotel. Especially if you bring your family, it's really nice because the location is near culinary heaven too.

It's quite comfortable to stay at this Evora hotel, the staff are friendly and agile. But during my stay, I often experienced power outages (power outages), which was quite worrying, especially when I was in the elevator. So I'm thinking twice about staying at this hotel again. Hopefully the next one will be better, thank you 🙏🏻😊
