I was very satisfied with my stay here. I've stayed here many times for events in Surabaya. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The hot water was flowing. The price was affordable. The location is strategic. There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, it's very good.

Thank God, I stayed with my husband, kids, and parents. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and it was very comfortable. The customer service responded quickly to WhatsApp messages and was friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. We were allowed to check in at 1 PM. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit smelly.

The room was decent for the price, close to Unair Campus B, and the staff were friendly and responsive to complaints. It was clean, but some of the walls were creaking. The mattress was also starting to feel a bit soft.
