The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable.

Next time I want to invite my family to stay here again, the birthday cake compliment was really delicious.

Friendly staff, fairly clean rooms, clean environment, adequate facilities, clean restaurant and quite good taste.

A comfortable place, with lots of activities for children, delicious food and suitable for various atmospheres, honeymoons, staycations, gatherings, and others.

The beds appear to be twin beds combined, and executive rooms don't come with a hairdryer. The rooms and building are very old. There are indeed mosquitoes, but they provide mosquito repellent. As for service, all the staff are friendly.

It's a shame the cleanliness and maintenance of the surrounding area are so lacking. Please pay more attention. Staying at Putri Duyung Ancol used to be very comfortable, but now, it's less well-maintained and clean.

Staff are really friendly, the room with beautiful views 😭💖 and clean! The pool is perfectly worth the views, sea 🩵. Must go back here again.

I demand an explanation and accountability for the poor service I received from my first arrival. Here are my negative experiences during my stay: Messy Check-in SOP: Upon arrival, no one guided me. I dropped off my suitcase in the lobby, but was told to bring my own car to park in front of my room without any clear instructions. Damaged/Damaged Room: Upon arrival at my first room, the door wouldn't open at all. No staff was on standby or on hand to provide any assistance. Even after being escorted by staff, there was no response, so I wasted time moving rooms. Zero Good Etiquette: From the initial incident until I moved, no one from the hotel offered any apology for the inconvenience. Avaricious Service: When I requested an extra pillow as compensation for this series of disruptions, the staff charged me an extra fee and refused to provide one as a compliment. I request that management immediately evaluate your operations and staff. I await a response and a prompt resolution to this unprofessional service. Thank you.

Fun, cool. Breakfast is delicious, the place is cool.

The bawal area had many mosquitos that you couldn't get rid of. The blankets were so itchy and had sparse sea sand in them. At night, we couldn't sleep at all. Never coming back.

The food was so-so.. it was bland.. We stayed on Saturday. The floor of the room was dusty and flat.

The room and atmosphere are comfortable but unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes 😭 so you have to prepare soffel or telon oil.
