Staying here is a nightmare with the old and dusty state of the room plus the sound of the water machine blaring every time. Won't come back again.

I got a really nice stay here. The staffs, both at the receptionist and rooftop, are so friendly. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The bathroom was really clean but I got a little problem with the clogged closet (I didn't complain cause I could trick it out myself). I couldn't say whether the water at the pool was dirty or not but I didn't want to swim there. The big breakfast at the rooftop was really tasty. It was so quite and private during my stay here, barely seen another guest staying.

All staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The food is lovely. The place is near the shops and restaurants.

Overall a pleasant stay at Visala. Rooms like bedrooms in their own homes are very comfortable. Breakfast is also very tasty. What is unfortunate is that there is no elevator in Visala, so if you bring a large heavy suitcase, lift it to your room. Even though it has been helped by the hotel staff, it would be nice if there is an elevator.

The room was spacious with complete amenities and facilities. The front desk staff is also kind and helpful. You can rent the Villa's motorbike for IDR60k/day but it was a worn out exhausted bike. Location is great and easy to explore Seminyak from here.

Great location, we just stay 1 night.. all good, but lil bit difficult to find a park if you rent a car.

Her hotel was nice and cozy. Rooms are comfortable skl. His bed pengin make guns out of the room.
