DISASTER! Ordered breakfast but none was provided, the room was leaking, lots of water came out of the AC until it wet my belongings underneath.

We stayed for one night with our family, and unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. The room condition was poor: the washroom window was broken, and the room doors had multiple holes. Additionally, there was inadequate lighting in the room. On the day of our stay, it rained, and the stairs leading to our floor were partially flooded. No staff to listen to. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was good. However, overall, our experience did not meet expectations.

The hotel is very dirty, full of insects and mosquitoes. I paid the highest price for the hotel and included breakfast, but in reality there was no breakfast. I tried to contact the hotel, there was not a single person on standby at the hotel. I tried to contact the WhatsApp number, the reason was that breakfast was closed because there was a ceremony. The hotel could accept full payment but there was no dispensation for us. It was really bad, it's better not to stay here.

Bagus dan bersih. Letak strategis penjaga ramah dan mau memperbaiki masalah. Namun cocok bagi back packer yang tidak bawa mobil. Mobil diparkir jauh 500 meter dilapangan warga. Bongkar tas sangat sulit. Dan penjaga tidak mau membawakan barang. Tidak cocok untuk yang bawa mobil dan bawa orangtua yang sudah lanjut usia. Sabun tidak disediakan jadi harus beli sendiri. Dan macetnya jalanan harus diperhitungkan bila menggunakan mobil pribadi.

Very warm welcoming by the owner and staff. We just travel more than 40km by bike and arrived at 14.00 then they serving 4 of us with fresh drink and big cake. Swimming pool ara very safety for kids. The breakfast full of fruit and fit with our needs. Budget hotel for excellent service and very friendly staff. We recommended to stay again for next trip.

Recommended because it is close to the center of Ubud but the car park must be on the side of the road and difficult to park.

Nice place, clean, cozy, and good hospitality

The service is great, because I want to change the room on the top floor to the room near the lobby, because the room located on the top floor is very dusty. But the room near which located near the lobby is cleaner. But the service is actually very good, just the cleanliness need to improve.

Not bad for the lower middle class. The rooms are a bit unclean, spacious enough, no vehicle patkir. Television also doesn't exist

The owner and name have changed. I was barely able to check in because the owner did not confirm to the 'hotel' receptionist if it was still called a hotel. Even though the morning was called to confirm the room. In the condition that I am pregnant, it is quite dangerous and troublesome to have to choose nights to stay here. The room was not cleaned at all and we immediately itched, not as described. The entire hotel complex is dark. So horror. It's enough just overnight we 'test the guts' here. The second day we immediately moved hotels. But I quite appreciate Bli the receptionist who tried to get me into my room and the next day helped to rent a vehicle.
