Okay, good, comfortable for family.

Spacious beds, clean bathrooms and rooms. Elevator and lobby close to parking. Friendly parking attendants and security.

The room, vibes, and food is good. If your room in 1st floor, using staircase is faster than using the lift.

Strategic location and easy to find, around the hotel area there are also many food choices. Yesterday, check in was at 9 pm and had to leave for Bromo at 11 pm, so I didn't have time to spend the night there, just left my stuff. The staff is very kind and trustworthy, they are also quick to help carry a lot of stuff to the front of the room.

first time staying at this hotel. big king size bed. first time entering the AC was not cold. we reported the hotel took a long time to arrive. then we opened the AC filter ourselves and it was dirty. then the hotel staff came to help check. then added freon to the AC. then it was cold. the bathroom door had a hole, there was no lock so that if it was from the outside it could not be closed as a result humid air entered the room. hopefully it will be improved again.

The hotel and room atmosphere are as per the photos. The mattress and pillows are very soft and comfortable.. hot water, AC, TV, 2 large towels, amenities, friendly staff... very good. The drawback is that the roller blind model curtain has a pattern with lines. So, there are several modes, completely closed or still visible from the outside. From the inside you can't see the outside, but from the outside you can see inside. We just realized when we were sitting outside, it looked inside. I don't know, it seems like we've been changing clothes etc. from the outside. Input, please provide a writing or just replace the roller blind. Because it concerns customer privacy in the room. Thank you

The hotel is cool... It's clean, and all the staff are friendly, efficient, the check-in and check-out process doesn't take long. I didn't have breakfast so I don't know what it tastes like. Sorry I didn't have time to take a picture
