The hotel staff was friendly, the parking was spacious, the hot water was warm enough, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi was a little difficult to access. The room was comfortable, and amenities provided included soap and shampoo.

an impressive stay experience greeted by friendly hotel staff. Comfortable and clean hotel. Not noisy. Booking a room was upgraded to a deluxe type with a balcony 😀. Around there are many food stalls and self-laundry places that are finished in 1 hour. Only the water heater is not hot enough. The rest is very good.

I have often checked in with my husband, but this time it was a bit uncomfortable. The hot water doesn't feel like it, it can only be a little warm. Moreover, taking a morning shower doesn't feel like it, it's like lukewarm. Please fix it, I'm sleeping in room 222. It's uncomfortable because the hot water doesn't feel like it, so it's like taking a shower with regular water huh

overall okay, I've checked in with my husband many times. Only in room 226 I don't feel the hot water, it's like warm nails. So it's a bit bête, the rest is safe. Always clean, neat, comfortable. The TV also doesn't have many channels, it's like boring. I just suggest that you increase the plug so that you can set up YouTube too. Because the price has also gone up on traveloka. Same with the hot water, it doesn't feel like it, please fix it

First time staying at Cherry Homes. The location is a bit far from the main road and the entrance to the hotel is a bit dark. They don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste (have to buy them again). The room is clean.
