Recommended & great hotel & service

The location is in the city center, close to the mall (easy to find food), the room is clean, but for the hair dryer, why not just put it in the bathroom so you don't have to look for it?

The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, luxurious, competitively priced, and very comfortable. I asked for a birthday surprise for my son, and they granted it. Thank you to the entire staff.

It was great to stay in the most prestigious hotel in Surakarta. However the only thing lacks is the lighting, especially on the hallway. The others were great, the breakfast is varied and tasty, make sure to try their cage free egg dishes.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel area, the facilities, etc. Perhaps the breakfast variety could be improved, as it tended to be a bit monotonous. For me, after staying for 3 days, I was quite bored with the food. But overall, it was very good and I highly recommend this Alila Hotel.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they handle problems quickly and provide the best solutions. All of their toiletries (soap, shampoo, hand lotion, etc.) use a citronella fragrance/lemongrass that smells like rotten food (maybe it's been a long time). It's best to replace them. I was given another bar of soap that I normally use and smells good, thanks for this action. The food tastes good and is quite good.
