Friendly staff, the room is ok, not too cramped, the AC is cold, the cleanliness is ok, there are only a few facilities that need to be improved such as the elevator buttons, window locks in the smoking room, toilet and shower covers, TV channels, overall it's ok, recommended

Check in time was at 12 noon, didn't have to wait until 2 o'clock to be allowed into the room, the staff was friendly, the food tasted good, only the dessert menu lacked variety, otherwise everything was okay.
