The only thing that was uncomfortable were the rooms, namely rooms 206, 208, and 210. The noise of passing vehicles was so clear that you couldn't get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, the rest was great 🙏🏻

The city center is very close and it is easy to go anywhere.

The hotel staff were all friendly, the breakfast service was also friendly, the food was varied, the atmosphere was serene with the sound of salawat and the call to Hajj playing on the speakers (the day before Eid al-Adha).

Always stay here, easy access to everywhere, friendly service, affordable prices, and the rooms are very comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room amenities and comfort were affordable. Everything was great. Wi-Fi and a water heater were available. The AC was cold. It's just a shame the pillows were too high for sleeping.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms and toilets were clean. The breakfast menu was also varied. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the soundproofing wasn't good, with traffic and people moving around nearby clearly audible. The air conditioning was only moderately cool, not cold enough for such a large room. But otherwise, so far so good.

Nice.. The food is delicious. Worth it for that price.. It's just a bit far if you want to go to a market like Indomaret (if you walk)

The hotel is an old building but very well maintained. The building is large and spacious. Ample parking. Rooms: very spacious, clean, cool, smart TV includes Netflix, fast Wi-Fi. Bathroom: bathtub, complete amenities, towels for the gym, hot water. Breakfast: many variations of western and Asian menus, delicious taste. Staff: friendly, full of smiles. Facilities: very good and complete gym, pool. There are several restaurants but haven't tried them all.

Everything was fine, except the bathroom. I stayed in room 220 yesterday. The bathroom probably had poor circulation, as the unpleasant odor was very strong, the sink was clogged, and the towels seemed worn out. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out were very quick, with no long waits. The service was also excellent. The rooms were clean. The food was delicious. I won't regret staying at the Grand Sawit Hotel.
