Nice hotel, in the center of Gili Meno. Quiet, welcoming staff but you always have to ask them for things, nothing is automatic with them. Like for the breakfast which is really low-end and very little stocked, and the restocking is never automatic like asking for cutlery or plates. Hotel that could be better maintained (swimming pool, cobwebs, path full of stones). But we will come back with pleasure.

Good service with good hospitality. The only drawback is that the AC in my room (room number 1) wasn't cold enough and the toilet didn't have a jet shower or bidet, it seemed like it was intended for foreign tourists 😀.

Memorable welcome, brackish water pool, okay food but western food all so far okay.

I really want to stay here to feel the private pool, and request for a honeymoon decoration, even though I book 1 hour before arrival, they request my request, and I am very happy to know that the rooms are cute, nice, clean and comfortable, more quiet, the most impressed is that the welcome drink is so delicious that it adds , the breakfast is also delicious, going to be recommended to a friend who wants a honeymoon, thank you les villas ottalia gili meno.

Going there for honeymoon. Initially make sure to get 1 big bed, apparently the room was given a towel and flower decoration for free. The location is a bit inside (not the exact beachside). For the taste of the restaurant, it's really really good. Like a 5 star hotel. The rooms are very unique and clean. Can help to find a bicycle and cidomo. Recommended place for honeymooners

This was our second stay and still feel the same with their service and property. We booked for bungalow but since they are doing maintenance with the public pool, then they upgraded us to one bedroom villa with private pool. A nice welcome drink, good breakfast and also on time at 7am making all the experience is nice. If we ever go back to Meno, we definitely will back to this place again. Thank you for the good experience:)

Service are good, helpful dan nice people

easy to checkin. we get a pretty room with bugs net. clean room and delicious breakfast. the guy in front office really helping to info the route to the beach and help us to call cidomo (andong horse transport) for going back to harbour. really enjoy 2nights here 😊

The rooms and the complex are the best value for money on the island. They are five minutes from the beach walking, but for the tranquility that is worth it. The staff is very friendly, although with fair English. As points of improvement would point the disorganization at breakfast, they run out of plates, glasses, cups right away and it is necessary to be constantly asking for it and the food does not replace it as it would be necessary.

The villa is very nice and cozy! I love that rustic vibe. It's pretty big for 3 people. The room is cozy and toilet is big! The staff are very accommodating. There is not much on the menu though, but its still ok. Food was great anyway. I would come back to this peaceful, cozy villa again! 😊

Great place to stay! Make lazy everywhere, perfect for honeymooners, but it's just far from the Harbor, and if Gili Meno likes to turn off the lights.

Not only will I recommend this place but I’m bringing my friends next time. There’s still some earthquake damage but everyone did an excellent job of making up for it. The service there is outstanding!

This hotel is quiet and nice for them who wants to escape from busy city.. food is good my favorite food is Pad thai, friendly staffs, Definitely wants to coming back again..

Ottalia situated in a very pleasant village on the island. Their Villa surrounded by a palm tree and locals house. This Villa is very pleasant for leisure and stayed at the hotel for the most. But if you wish to travel and enjoy the beach crowd you wouldn't find it here. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is freshly served by the restaurant. Also at night, it would be hard to reach for you to dine outside, there is rare street lights, so It's better to stay at hotel and done at the restaurant, they provide a barbecue and others.
