Overall good! The room is clean and still like new. Staff welcome and fast response. The water heater was not functioning optimally, it was still the same as during the first visit in 2021. However, after the technician arrived, the water became hot. Maybe it can be improved again, it shouldn't be difficult, replace the heater with a better one and have a larger tube volume. The hair dryer was broken, but was replaced after we asked. Maybe next time check all the facilities first before guests check in.

The place is private. Suitable for families/honeymoons. Suitable for releasing fatigue / stress, really calm anyway. The room is very spacious + free extra bed 1. Suitable for relaxation ~ - a deposit of 1.5 million can be replaced with an ID card / driver's license.

Nice rooms, good view of golf course. But very far out of town and quiet. We found this after searching for places in Batu nd it was really far from there.

Had a great stay. Love the ambience. Stunning design & awesome architecture. The food was good but it would be better if it could be upgraded with more menu options for breakfast. The staffs were friendly and nice.

Room is outstanding. Only downside--and I mean only one, as everything else was great--is the pool is a walk around the resort from the room. Also, didn't try the breakfast as the reviews weren't good. Didn't eat at the restaurant, though we ordered coffees etc and they were fine and reasonably priced.

The jacaranda djoglo was awesome.. the food in djati lounge were also really tasty.. we have so much fun with the private pool and jacuzzi 😍😍

Jaguzzinya damaged hot water so it is not optimal. The deposit is too high I think cooking a new 2 million deposit this time staying at a hotel deposit that high.

Worst hotel! The service sucks. Lots of cockroaches. The bathtub doesn't work. The receptionist is not friendly. Stay at the hotel, like a thief being watched by a security guard. Very not memorable. Very not worth it. Bad food. Order extra bed and extra bed sucks, stored under the floor. Who does that? 🤦‍♀️ Definetly not recommended.

Amazing hotels, top world class rooms. Each room has the best suite design and is thick with modern traditional nuances with a dominance of wooden ornaments. It's just that finding food outside the hotel is rather difficult because it's far from the crowds. But its a very best place to stress relief 👍🏼
