Not kid-friendly. They should have made it clear that non-smoking rooms are different, they have to be expensive. Cheap rooms are smoking rooms. Write it down. So from the start, you can book a deluxe room, not a cheap one, but a smoking room. Breakfast is also mediocre. Improve the system.

This is my third stay here. Check-in was at 4:30 PM, but the room wasn't ready. I waited almost an hour, very disappointed. Upon entering, the room was lacking in cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I probably won't be booking this hotel again.
