This is my second time staying at Hotel Nirwana Pekalongan. I really enjoyed the service, and the room was clean, but the air conditioning wasn't very cool. The room was clean and okay.

The soto menu, the meat was not tender enough, maybe it can be improved for the future. Regarding the slippers in the room, why are they only given one pair even though the room is for two people? I asked housekeeping, but they said the SOP is only for one pair. Please improve this in the future, considering that two pairs of slippers are needed in the room for two people, especially if the elderly are staying who must wear slippers in the room.

The ladies at the restaurant are very nice, may you live long and healthy, and may your fortune be abundant. The front desk is also friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious.

This hotel is awesome. All the facilities and service are amazing. The spacious rooms make for comfortable bridal photos because there are so many cool photo spots 🥰. It's clean, and the staff are all friendly. They are quick to respond when asked for help ✨. They even secured my belongings when I left them 🥰🥰. I have to come back here again.

The staff was friendly, the pool was great, and the rooms were okay. The only downside was that the AC leaked a few times. The breakfast menu was standard and monotonous, with little variety, and the porridge was very watery, but everything was refilled quickly. The spring rolls and grilled chicken were delicious. Overall, it was worth it for the price.

We entered the room and checked everything was okay. But just as we were about to go to sleep, a 'gradak gruduk' (like rats running) sound suddenly came from the ceiling above the bed. Once, twice, three times... it was getting really annoying. We immediately called the front office. Thank God, we finally moved rooms and were able to rest comfortably.
