Actually, I ordered a standard room, but because it was being painted, I was given Villa Burangrang. Very lucky, thank you Osmond Villa. View the best, complete facilities 👍🏻.

The view and facilities are satisfying.

The studio type is okay. Sprightly staff. It's far from everywhere, it's not good because the villa is deeper. One more thing that's not really, the smell of cat litter is very, very disturbing. It's nice to hang out in front of the room enjoying the cool air of Bandung, uh, it smells of cat litter. Not really huh

It's comfortable to rest and the view is very beautiful, just great 👍🙏👍.

Villa dengan fasilitas kolam renang, wifi, dapur&taman yang cantik, sangat recommended untuk menginap bersama keluarga. Hanya saja perlu diperhatikan pengelola untuk kebersihan area sekitar hotel, ada bau seperti kotoran kucing yang sangat mengganggu di beberapa titik. Selebihnya hotel ini oke.

Pelayanan kurang bagus. Telpon untuk menanyakan lokasi tak sesuai, tak ada yang merespon. Minta ekstra bed bilang tak ada. Saya tanya apa ada kamar yang kosong dibilang tak ada. Tak ada air minum. Karena masuk sudah jam 11 malam untung ketemu gojek yang sedang antar makanan ke hotel tersebut kalau tidak pasti tak ketemu nama hotel sangat kecil tak diberi lampu penerangan. Receptionis tak ada ditempat. Hotel paling buruk menurut saya. Dari 2010 saya kemana pakai jasa aplikasi ini lah paling buruk

Overall, the place is okay, it's cool, it's fun to be close to a cattle farm so you can buy real cow's milk. It's just that the smell of cow feed is a little disturbing. But overall cool.

Secara keseluruhan baik, air panas dan fasilitas lain seperti kolam renang, family karaoke, bilyard berfungsi lumayan baik. Hanya saja sesuai pesanan adalah 1 double bad dan 1 single bad (ada tertulis di voucher hotel) tapi yang diperoleh 2 single bad. Lampu di dapur mati setelah complaint 1 jam kemudian baru diperbaiki, cukup kecewa sih tapi its fine. Yang terakhir adalah bau kotoran kucing di lingkungan sekitar kamar yang cukup mengganggu.

Tempat nya excited banget. Hampir seluruh fasilitasnya terjaga dan terpelihara dengan sangat baik. Pelayanannya yang ramah, banyak view yang oke banget untuk dijadikan swafoto, swimming pools nyaa bersih, recommended banget untuk pengunjung yang ingin menginap di osmond. Tapi akses jalan menuju villa agak curam, jadi perlu sedikit hati-hati. And thank you osmond. I will make this a very extraordinary experience.

When I stayed there, the swimming pool had a problem so I didn't use it. To find heavy food is quite far, except for those who like meatballs, there is a meatball seller who comes to the villa. Luckily there is breakfast. As for the Wifi, it's great. And the atmosphere of the villa is ok. Warm water for shower is ok.

Cleanliness is okay, breakfast is simple but tastes quite good. Quiet atmosphere. Suitable for refreshing with family.

Villanya bagus, jalan menuju villa menanjak lumayan tapi tak seseram yang dibayangkan sebelum ke lokasi. Anak-anak puas sekali bermain di taman dan kolam renang yang serasa privasi karena kbetulan hanya kami yang stay di villa. Alhamdulillah semua senang menginap di osmond, jika ada kesempatan lagi ke lembang, bakal kesini lagi, gak ngebosenin. Terima kasih buat seluruh staff osmond.

Kondisi taman, kamar, bed tetap bagus dan terawat seperti beberapa tahun yg lalu saya ke sini. ada tambahan seperti lapangan bulutangkis, billiard, taman 🍓 strawberry. dapat takjil sewaktu maghrib di bulan puasa. kondisi air hangat di kamar mandi tetap lancar dan bersih. pintu kamar mandi aja yg cat bagian bawah sedikit mengelupas.

Check-in time has been delayed by 1 hour. The clerk didn't tell us and we have to ask first. Room cleanliness is lacking and the bathroom is the same, the kitchen is okay, the living room is okay.

Check-in does not match the initial confirmation, and in the morning there is no water.

Quite a nice place to stay with family, affordable prices, quite complete facilities though not special.

The first impression is really impressive. The beautiful view of the air is also cool. Complete facilities. The service is friendly, not disappointed staying here even though the journey is rather long. If you go to Bandung, it's recommended. Mantul pisan 😍

The place is good, the facilities and service are okay. Only the access road is narrow so you have to be extra careful because the ravines are directly cliff.
