Hotel buruk, AC gak nyala, air panas rusak tanpa pemberitahuan, reception menyebalkan (tidak ada inisiatif membantu), kamar menyeramkan, pintu berderit saat dibuka, flash kamar mandi bocor dan pintu tidak ada gerendel atau kunci, kesalahan pihak hotel, pembayaran saya dipotong 100ribu padahal kamar belum digunakan. Semoga tidak ada korban seperti saya. Mohon pihak owner cek kondisi kamar hotel jika memang mau teruskan bisnisnya. Untuk aplikasi tolong dicek patnershipnya supaya tidak mengecewakan customer karena saya cukup loyal menggunakan aplikasi untuk booking hotel di berbagai kota di Indonesia.

This hotel comfortable and good hospitality. The location near to Cihapit Market with many culiner. Near to great Coffe. (coffee the djawa).

The accommodation has a good location but the room and the toilet do dirty. Not recommendation.

Not really the hotel, the photos don't match reality, the bathroom is very dirty, it's already booked for 2 nights, but it was only occupied for one night, the next day it immediately went out, only 50 thousand different from the hotel next door which is very far in quality everywhere.

For the bedroom, the bed is ok, the mattress is clean, the tv ac is normal, unfortunately the bathroom is not clean, the sink is leaking and there are no toilet amenities provided, that's all. Just a suggestion to improve the cleanliness, don't lose to other hotels, unfortunately the location of the hotel is good, the cheapest price among the surrounding hotels is the spirit of the Riau hotel.

Lighting is lacking, bathroom lights are dim, dirty, dust in the corners of the room. Sheets and doormats are dirty. Smelly pillow.

The closet sitting is worn out, lots of scratches that look dirty, the towels and bed linen are worn and look dirty, the room smells musty. It's a shame, because the building is quite nice and if the facilities and cleanliness are maintained it will be a good hotel.

For me, yesterday in June to Bandung with the aim of seeing my son who was boarding in Bandung, so I decided to stay at the Riau Bandung hotel which I deliberately took the hotel because it was close to my son's work. Yes, for me, I really enjoyed staying there, the service was good, friendly, and for me it was very comfortable. Maybe when I visit I will stay there again, it's close to everywhere. Simple and well worth the price.

The on-the-spot rate was much cheaper than what I booked. The room was so so, the bed wasn't good and the towel was smelly.

The people are friendly and all the facilities are according to the price of the stay. Strategic location.

The old hotel turns out to be renovation only for the 2nd floor at the back.

Berisik ga jelas, kamar tidak ada handuk, tidak ada keamanan yang menjaga sekitar. Pintu kamar berapa kali di dobrak orang gajelas, laki dan perempuan. Mimpi buruk.
