The location is in front of the salt warehouse, everything is ok, only the water turns out to be true, it tastes like rusty iron, the water quality will be fixed immediately.

Overall it's good, it's just that the tap and water pipes seem to need maintenance because they smell of iron.

The hotel facilities are not well maintained, especially the bathroom, the toilet cannot be used, the hot water does not work, the water for bathing also comes out a little (shower) basically the bathroom facilities are very disappointing, the positive thing is the staff are very helpful

I chose Mitra Inn because it's relatively close to UNP, where my son is competing. It's conveniently located close to the city center, with parking right in front of the room.

The room was not clean enough, there was a lot of dust, especially maintenance after check-out, maybe there were users who defecated and it wasn't cleaned so when new users checked in, the unpleasant smell spread throughout the room, even though they sprayed it with air freshener, it didn't go away, there were a lot of mosquitoes even though they asked for mosquito repellent spray, they couldn't negotiate to change rooms.

holiday to Kediri stayed at Mitra Inn, staff service was good..room 132 was quite comfortable..it was a shame that when the water ran out, the toilet didn't work and the shower at around 7 am couldn't provide hot water..it's better to take a shower in the morning at 6 am, the hot water is okay.thank you..

The environment is comfortable and the service is friendly. However, the AC is very hot, and once it cools down, the noise from outside is very loud, making it difficult to sleep. Please improve the facilities regularly. The hotel may be old, but the quality must be maintained.👍

This hotel has been my family's favorite since I was in junior high school. It always reminds me of it. The hotel is also comfortable, spacious, and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in yesterday was poorly prepared. I arrived at 4:00, and check-in was at 2:00, but the AC wouldn't turn on, although they eventually responded. The TV also worked initially, but then stopped working, and the shower also stopped working. I suggest improvements regarding the facilities and customer preparation before check-in. Hopefully, it continues to be a success. 👍
