The atmosphere is nice, like in a village, plus the rooms are also from the room and there is a terrace. The view is ok. it's just too wide, so the road from the parking lot to the inside takes time. The fish are not well cared for, some have died.

The room I stayed in needs to be renovated. Not fit for today's standard of comfort and cleanliness.

Clean hotel facilities, professional staff, large swimming pool & hot water.

The atmosphere is traditional, like staying at a grandmother's house on stilts. There is no AC in our bungalow, because it is naturally cold. There is a soaking pool in the room, so you can soak in hot water as much as you like. The only downside is that there are lots of geckos and ants in the room.

The hotel environment is comfortable, natural, relaxing and calm. Suitable for those who need healing but do not need to go far into nature.

Always satisfied staying here. Since 2008 it has been a family favorite accommodation. Lots of activities, child friendly, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Very good service. There are fishing facilities, a hot water pool, and a soaking room. There is a playground for children too. Good luck Sumber Alam!

Thank God, it's fun and great, the facilities are good, but you can't work at the same time because the wifi is slow, hehehe

It was a pleasant stay at KSA. The atmosphere is beautiful, the view is nice, the public facilities and room facilities are quite well maintained. There is wood dust due to termites/insects in several places which makes it uncomfortable on the feet. The rest is clean, especially the bathroom and the soaking pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Amenities are quite complete, provided with prayer mats, coffee, etc. Breakfast and dinner are so so. Surprisingly, it turns out that you can also get dinner (it is not listed in the application), if I'm not mistaken it only applies to weekends. Oh yeah, those who have a phobia of lizards should be careful, the lizards are big and dirty too. Ewww... Maybe it's a risk of staying in a building made of wood with woven walls, but it made me unable to sleep soundly.

The condition of the room needs to be repaired, there is a lot of sawdust on the mattress. The hotel staff service is not fast enough

I gave it a rating of 2 because. 1. The distance is quite far from the city, and the only tourist attractions around the hotel are hot springs, it's really hard to find other attractions, especially at night when there are no attractions outside. 2. The room has no AC. Even though the air is not that cold. It ends up being stuffy in the room until I fan myself. Not suitable for Jakartans who use AC as cold as the poles in the office. 3. The restaurant food is not delicious. It seems like it lacks seasoning and has no taste. 4. The swimming pool is open to the public. Honestly, I was really surprised that the resort swimming pool is also used by outsiders, in my opinion it's really uncomfortable. So far I think it's not OK. But the service is friendly and fast

Overall, the hotel is comfortable, the atmosphere is cool and pleasant, but I'm sorry the bathroom is not very clean, there is a slight fishy smell from the fish pond.

I had left my glasses behind, but thanks to the staff's alertness, my glasses were safe.

First time here, I really felt at home. The place is very spacious. Friendly service. Hopefully I can come here again. Thank you Kampung Sumber Alam :)

The water cooker was a bit damaged because there was no sign that the water was boiling so it was almost dry. Ordered food that was on the list but it turned out to be unavailable. There was no electrical socket for charging the cellphone so I had to use the TV socket. Even though nowadays cellphones have become a primary need that must always be "on". However, in general, it was good and enjoyable and satisfying.
