The hotel staff is friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, the place is spacious and comfortable, the photo spots are good, the swimming pool is quite large.

This is my second time here. The warm water swimming pool is still the best here for the Garut area. But about the cleanliness of the hotel area...how should I say.. I used to stay in the front area (Sunda Kelapa or what? It was still okay) But this time I was disappointed when I stayed in the back area, because the hotel area is getting dirtier? It smells of cat feces, the fish ponds are not filled with water properly (too little water so it's dirty), there are lots of gecko droppings in the room :(( The bathroom is also not okay. There is no AC and wifi. Please.. I want to move rooms too, I'm too lazy. The rural atmosphere can be improved with a special fragrance for the room (aromatherapy) or for the outdoor area, the garden can be improved with fragrant and fragrant flowers. Please. Thanks.

3rd stay here, something very enjoyable staying here with family or friends with a calm, cool, traditional atmosphere with mountain views, spacious parking area, friendly staff. Warm water swimming pool facilities are suitable for adults and children, can have dinner and breakfast, fishing arena, fish therapy, etc.

The atmosphere is comfortable, but we got the room at the very end, and the mattress was not very comfortable, the springs of the bed hurt.

The atmosphere is nice, like in a village, plus the rooms are also from the room and there is a terrace. The view is ok. it's just too wide, so the road from the parking lot to the inside takes time. The fish are not well cared for, some have died.

The room I stayed in needs to be renovated. Not fit for today's standard of comfort and cleanliness.

Clean hotel facilities, professional staff, large swimming pool & hot water.

The atmosphere is traditional, like staying at a grandmother's house on stilts. There is no AC in our bungalow, because it is naturally cold. There is a soaking pool in the room, so you can soak in hot water as much as you like. The only downside is that there are lots of geckos and ants in the room.

The hotel environment is comfortable, natural, relaxing and calm. Suitable for those who need healing but do not need to go far into nature.

Always satisfied staying here. Since 2008 it has been a family favorite accommodation. Lots of activities, child friendly, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Very good service. There are fishing facilities, a hot water pool, and a soaking room. There is a playground for children too. Good luck Sumber Alam!

It was a pleasant stay at KSA. The atmosphere is beautiful, the view is nice, the public facilities and room facilities are quite well maintained. There is wood dust due to termites/insects in several places which makes it uncomfortable on the feet. The rest is clean, especially the bathroom and the soaking pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Amenities are quite complete, provided with prayer mats, coffee, etc. Breakfast and dinner are so so. Surprisingly, it turns out that you can also get dinner (it is not listed in the application), if I'm not mistaken it only applies to weekends. Oh yeah, those who have a phobia of lizards should be careful, the lizards are big and dirty too. Ewww... Maybe it's a risk of staying in a building made of wood with woven walls, but it made me unable to sleep soundly.
