The staff are friendly and polite, the facilities are good

friendly hotel staff, spacious, comfortable rooms. but unfortunately the TV facilities are not worth it, too small. breakfast facilities have a variety of menus and the menu changes every day. more comfortable for checking in than for a staycation.

At first I was hesitant because I had already ordered and read the reviews. But after staying there, the things I was worried about did not happen. The room was conducive, there was no smell of cigarette smoke even though there was an ashtray and a trash can used to put out cigarettes. The point is, the room I occupied was conducive. Breakfast, although the menu is limited, is sufficient. Rice and a menu plus there is bread. The location is close to everywhere to the Purwakarta holiday center. Hopefully the service will continue to be improved. Thank you for your stay.

the room is okay, but the bathroom door is missing / broken so it can't be locked, it's a shame there are still many people smoking in the hotel area, the smoke enters the room, sleeping is uncomfortable. even though there is a warning not to smoke. the staff is not firm in reprimanding. standard wifi, hot water is available, thank you

The wifi connection is not good, the second day it cannot be accessed. I have tried to communicate but was only asked to refresh and did not resolve until check out.

Hotel ini sangat strategis dekat dengan jalan raya, pusat kota, dan mini market. Fasilitas kamar semuanya baik dan lengkap seperti kasur, selimut, tv, kulkas, lampu, shower, air hangat, wastafel, lemari pakaian, ada sendal, shampo, sabun, sikat gigi, air, trh, kopi, gelas dan wifi. Parkiran kendaraan juga aman. Hanya saja lampu tidurnya tidak berfungsi. Sarannya mungkin untuk menu sarapan agar lebih variatif. So Far oke. Thanks to hotel permata sangat nyaman menginap di sini.

The hotel was dirty, there were blood spots and there were traces of dried linder. It's best not to put it on the search list.

Staf baik, AC dingin, air kenceng dan panas tapi tempat tidur tempat saya menginap ini sudah tidak layak bagian tengah ambles bangun tidur punggung sakit.

The floor was dirty and the blankets were worn even though I chose the Deluxe room.

Inside the hotel room is clean, the deluxe room is quite spacious, it's just that it is very closed, there is no ventilation / window that opens, the window is very small. There is no special room for smoking, so smoking is allowed in the room. Food is okay, standard with those prices. Everything else is ok.

The hotel is clean, the service is also good, the air conditioner is cold, the hot water is also okay, the parking lot is quite spacious.
