It's actually okay. The staff are friendly, informative, and very kind. However, I felt the room was too small, and the walls weren't permanent. So, the sound from inside the room could leak into the hallway or the next room. Perhaps the management could improve, considering the strategic location.

Not bad, the receptionist is nice and friendly. I always stay here when I go to Jakarta 🙂

I came in the morning at 03.00 and was still served friendly even though the staff was asleep. Rooms are narrow but not a problem. Stayed early & checked out at 10, so there wasn't a more impressive experience yet.

Please fix the TV and network not working properly during 4 nights stay. Even though I have been a loyal customer for several years at IHome Residence.

Dirty rooms, rude staff, very indifferent, not friendly at all. It would be better to stay a little more at another hotel than here, to be honest, not really.

Lokasi strategis dan sangat dekat dengan Tanah Abang. Hotelnya ada dalam gang dan sangat macet pada siang hari. Secara umum cukup nyaman.

Nginap di sini 2 malam kamarnya enak.

Bagus. Cuma pesan family room ternyata itu seperti ruangan dengan kapasitas 2 orang di paksa aja 2 bed. Biar bisa jadi family 4 orang. Ac sudah dingin dan enak gak capek turun tangga karena ada lift nya.

Toilet airnya bau, ac tidak terlalu dingin, reicepsionis ketus. Harga lumayan mahal untuk kelas hotel budget dengan pelayanan yang tidak ramah.

Tempatnya asik, ada balkon yang menghadap citylight view, kamar juga bersih dan dingin.

Lumayan recommended ada kulkasnya juga, tp Ac kurang dingin.

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan Grand Indonesia, Sarinah, dan MRT Bundaran HI. Banyak juga yang jual makanan dan ada Alfamart di depan hotel. Citylight view dari kamar hotel.
