I've stayed at this hotel 5 times. It's good and nice. The staff is very friendly.

Please fix it again when I was checking in, the room card didn't work, please fix it again so that when I leave the room it's not complicated

The room smells of cigarette smoke, the room is not very clean, the toilet is a bit clogged. The parking lot is spacious but not maintained.

The network in the room does not support 2G/E. The sheets still have stains. Hopefully it can be better 🙏.

Even though I ordered a deluxe room, the condition of the room and the facilities were very lacking. I got hot water facilities for bathing but it turned out there was none. The condition of the room floor was dirty, the smell of cigarette smoke and cigarette ash was still on the table even though I had ordered a non-smoking room because I have small children. I chose a deluxe room to get a different comfort from other types of rooms, but it turned out to be more or less. A bit disappointed in the future to prioritize guest comfort when staying.

Selimut kotor. Kamar tidak terjangkau sinyal. Tidak ada jendela tapi bukan room non smoking. Jadi kamar bau rokok.

Hotel nya perlu renovasi biar tambah bagus.

Lantai kamar kotor kaya ga pernah di pel, air panas ga nyala, kasur kok gatel-gatel ya. Ga worth it dengan harganya. Kecewa dah.

Usang sudah usang dan apek. Plafond dan pintu kamar mandi sudah rusak. Handuk sudah butut dan robek 😩 bad experience. Belum jam 12 sudah ribut supaya cek out. Pelayanan mengecewakan 😒.

Dirty. The mattress and pillows looked like they had slobber on them, and the bathroom door was broken, it wasn't repaired. The smell of Rinso soap and the sheets and blankets. Snacks are provided in the room but they are not told if they are paid for. Many of the room doors were broken.
