Everything was ok, good, but unfortunately, the security guard on duty in the middle of the night was impolite. I had just come in from outside in the middle of the night, sitting in the lobby, playing on my phone so I didn't hear the security guard asking which room I was in. When I was about to open the door to the elevator, the security guard suddenly stopped me in a slightly high tone, impolite and without asking permission. If you ask a polite guest what room you are in, I was a bit afraid of being mistaken for a thief, but that's what happened.

There is only one room key. You cannot have more. If you want to go back into the room, you have to wake up the person inside to open the door.

The hotel is quite comfortable, just that I didn't get enough rest. Check in on the 2nd floor, next to the room was crowded, the next day it was crowded with groups in the hallway, the next day I moved to the 1st floor, worse there was a group of families watching football until 2 am screaming along the hallway!! the staff is quite friendly + the restaurant has delicious food. Minus the noise!!
