I've been a regular at this hotel since 2019 because the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's central location makes it easy for me to get to my destination with easy access. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful even though it's in the middle of the city.

Arriving at the hotel in the middle of the night when being escorted to the room was a bit scared because it was in the corner and it was very dark. The shape of the room is like a house complex separated from the neighbors so you can park your vehicle directly in front of the room. When I arrived it was quiet so it was a bit creepy, maybe during the day it wouldn't be so scary. Room: clean even though the building is a bit old, the AC is quite noisy but it works. Didn't try the shower because it was only a short transit. Location: a bit on the outskirts of the city but close to the terminal.

Okay, what can you expect for that price? Luckily this time I got a room with cold AC.

It's a bit dirty, maybe because it's an old building, but it's ok, for that price you can get some rest.

The hotel is strategic, the staff is friendly, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom is poor. When checking in, there were still cigarette butts next to the bed, the water was small and cloudy.

The room has not been prepared properly. We checked in at 9 pm but the mineral water, towels and blankets had not been prepared.

The bathroom door can't be closed from the outside, it needs to be fixed. The water sink is small. Only for transit, the AC is cold. Comfortable for resting with family.

Old building hotel. The worst hotel during my stay. Ants came out of the AC. The AC is not cold. Staying here is not recommended.

Pertama kali masuk kesan horor lobby sedikit berantakan. Jalan menuju resort bagus. Hotel nya vintage. Kasur nya ada noda darahnya. Kamar engap. Ac ga dingin. Kamar mandi kotor bau. Air nya hitam. Sudah minta di beneri tp ga ada gerakan dari petugas dan ga boleh refund akhirnya 1 jam check in saya langsung checkout ganti hotel.

Sudah pelanggan! Ada beberapa trouble fasilitas kamar.

Friendly service, but disappointing facilities, lots of ants in the AC and bathroom.

The worst experience was the worst during my stay at the hotel, the AC wasn't cold, it was really bad, ants were everywhere, the room was really dirty, the room TV was dead. Only 1 plug, sorry, I'm not staying here anymore.

The room has lots of ants. The water in the sink doesn't flow for the shower, the water is small. Only given 1 blanket.

There are many minuses, many rooms are damaged.

The first time I ordered this hotel because I was interested in having a bathtub, but it turned out that after I asked, it turned out that all the rooms that had bathtubs were broken. As a result using a normal room. The hotel staff had forgotten that I ordered a superior and I had to move my own items to the superior room myself. Upon entering the room I was presented with the feel of an 'old hotel' style with 'old hotel' style decorations and facilities. Then I started checking some of the furniture and it turned out that it was getting old and it was time to replace it. The bathroom looked dirty, even the sink didn't work and the shower holder was broken. The sound of the air conditioner is too noisy and it looks like it's time to be repaired. TV facilities are also unsatisfactory because the antenna makes the picture on TV less clear. WiFi also doesn't reach the room (only 1 bar). It hasn't finished yet, the sheets and blankets have a lot of holes in them due to exposure to cigarettes and the most unlucky thing is that there are 2 cockroaches in my room which I have to exterminate for the sake of comfort. Conclusion: a superior room with a price of 213 thousand (weekend price) is only able to provide rooms that are not in the building. Apart from this, there is nothing else that is worth it, hopefully the things that are not pleasing above can be input for the hotel 🙏.
